Travel to the US

Orlando, Florida: The City of Entertainment

With over 50 million tourists each year, Orlando is undoubtedly one of the favorite destinations for French travelers wishing to visit the United States.

Orlando is a dream destination in spring with temperatures between 24 and 28 degrees. The city is strongly associated with the Walt Disney World amusement park, although it is not the only thing to visit.

Universal Orlando Resort not only has attractions and rides to offer, but also nightclubs, restaurants, cinemas and theatres. Dive into the heart of your favorite wizard’s universe with the new Harry Potter amusement park!

For sports fans, there are also the Orlando Magic, the city’s basketball team, as well as a recently formed football club. If you want to take a break from the crowd, visit the Central Florida University Arboretum for a pleasant nature walk.

New York City: at the crossroads of worlds

New York City is unlike any other city. As the metropolis was once the main entrance for immigrants, the city is one of the largest multicultural environments in the world. There are many airlines to go there and visit the United States.

Visiting New York is a must. With the MET, the MoMa and the Guggenheim Museum, art lovers will have something to do for several days. Broadway shows offer incredible performances with extravagant productions. 5th Avenue is a paradise for shopping lovers. Located next to the upscale Upper East Side, where some of the most influential people in the world own apartments overlooking the park, Central Park also offers the opportunity to rest and relax.

San Francisco: history, technology and nature

The ubiquitous Golden Gate Bridge connects San Francisco to a nature paradise, the Marin Headlands, to the north and symbolizes the city’s contrast. It has grown to become the center of US start-up culture, and many young professionals, hipsters and developers from around the world now live in the city’s various neighborhoods.

All this gives the city a vibrant character: you can sit on the terrace of a café in a Victorian building while watching the historic tram roar as it passes.

Don’t forget to visit Alcatraz, the old prison island. You can also see the boats from Fisherman’s Wharf, the seaside, which is the first point of orientation for many tourists.

If you like the ocean, visiting Hawaii is also an option.

You can also, weather permitting, visit other interesting cities, such as Las Vegas, with its great canyon, mythical casinos and famous Las Vegas strip.

Important: Don’t forget to apply for ESTA authorization no later than 72 hours before your departure to ensure you can visit the United States with complete peace of mind.
